Complaints Procedure
Debt advice provided is funded by the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS).
The aim of Money Advice is to enable you, as a long-term objective, to achieve a manageable financial situation, living within your own means whilst making suitable arrangements to deal with your debts. As a short-term objective the aim is to help you deal with any emergency action necessary and to advise on what can be done to improve your situation by taking a look at your financial income and expenditure.
